Our Mission
The Foundation emphasizes environmental stewardship, education activities, arts and culture, social services, and community based programs that create a positive change in their communities.
The goals of The Clabough Foundation are:
To promote and improve the conservancy and environmental stewardship of the natural resources in the High Country of North Carolina and Deschutes County in Central Oregon by aiding public and private organizations involved in such activities.
To promote and foster the regional arts and cultural offerings of the High Country area of North Carolina and Deschutes County in Central Oregon.

Frank B. Gibb, III
Mr. Gibb is Chairman Emeritus of Godsey & Gibb Wealth Management and was a founding member of the firm in 1985, following a career in trust and investments that began in 1970. In addition to working with a small number of families, he consults with small
Carole Spainhour
Carole practices law in Asheville NC and Greenville SC in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder Law. She is the current Chair of the Elder Law Section of the NC State Bar Association, and is active in both the NC and SC chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Carole has been selected for inclusion in the “Best Lawyers in America” in the field of Elder Law since 2010. Her interests include hiking, biking, kayaking, and just being outdoors.
Tommy & Katy Clabough
Tommy and Katy Clabough have resided in Central Oregon for over 20 years. Together they own and run Nancy P’s Cafe & Bakery, a cozy bake shop that has served Bend for over 20 years. They are raising two amazing kids. Their entire family shares a love of the outdoors and they spend as much time as possible enjoying the mountains, rivers and beauty of Central Oregon. They care and work towards helping all members of their community to thrive.
